Diary of a Corporate-Trainer

This is the diary of a corporate trainer who is in the profession because of the sheer passion for training. I feel some of the experiences of being in the profession is worth sharing with the world. I feel I am in a noble profession not because I think too much of the work I do but because I know it has a capacity to change the way people work. I love the way people are receptive even after decades of experience. I love the fact that I am paid to learn. I love the fact that I am paid to be respected. The enthusiasm in the eyes of the participants sometimes overwhelms you so much so that it gives you courage enough to keep you going for one more training with a smile even after a hectic schedule.

I am in this profession by choice not by chance. I believe that this makes it even more wonderful.
